Catholic Church. Starting with Peter Waldo (Walden) (1140–1205), John Wycliffe
(1320? - 84), Jan Hus was born in Bohemia about 1369 and was executed on July 6,
1415, Girolamo Savonarola (1452-98 and was hanged, Desiderius Erasmus
(1466?-1536), Martin Luther (10 Nov. 1483 - 18 February 1546), Ulrich Zwingli
(January 1, 1484-October 11, 1531), John Calvin, born Jean Calvin (1509 – 1564).
Major accomplishments and failures are covered. Martin Luther was clearly the
most talented and the over achiever of the group.
